Stress and pressure today is causing all kinds of health issues - physical and psychological. It's not secret... we hear all the time about how stress can cause heart attacks and even cancer.
Remember when you were a kid, and you would dance around like a maniac and run everywhere, just because? Remember when you would throw water balloons, play hide and seek, jump in puddles? Laugh until you almost threw up?
As adults, it's easy to forget how it felt to be playful and silly, but the truth is all of us could benefit so much from a little silliness in our lives. Bikes are a great way to offset the seriousness and stress of our every day lives.
