It Doesn't Matter How Slow You Go

Motivation is a funny thing. Sometimes it seems as though we're full of healthy motivation to do all kinds of things on our to-do list, and sometimes it's a struggle to even get out of bed.

There's a phrase you might hear on the bike called "Bike Mojo"... aka the desire to get out and about on the bike.

When things get hectic or something unexpected happens in your life, it's all too easy to move the enjoyable aside to deal with what's going on... the problem with that is it's the enjoyable stuff that actually let's you better deal with stress and anxeity, so by pushing it aside, you're making it more difficult for yourself to handle the day to day.

Daily inspo for the day: we all have ups and downs. Of course we do. But keep your enjoyable activities like bike riding going, even when you're at your most stressed and vulnerable.

It doesn't matter how slow you go. 

Just move. Think. Breathe. Be.
